Can I Jump Rope Everyday?

Yes, you can, but not at first. Think about when you sign up at the gym for the first time - you wouldn't do bench press at the gym every single day, or you'd give yourself an injury.

When you first start, try jumping rope for 5-15 minutes if you can. See how you feel the following day and proceed to slowly build up your sessions from there, taking rest days every couple of days as needed.

More experienced or conditioned persons can jump more often (sometimes even every day) without issue. But be wary of shin splints and other mild injuries that could occur if you overdo it. Prevention is better than cure.
