I mostly do my jumps over a mat, but occasionally I've jumped on concrete and the beads hold on to their structure. My old rope which I bought in a supermarket quickly tore apart after one month of jumping. Good quality products and after sales service! I tried both beaded and the 5mm PVC rope. The thickened cord beaded rope is great for learning releases, easy to feel and control. The PVC rope didn't get stiff in cold temperature and didn't snap..also there is one year no snap guarantee on it. Haven't used any other PVC rope since.

In my opinion (and I have tried MANY beaded ropes) these beaded ropes are the best. The weight of the rope and beads allows for the perfect feedback. Works great for all things; footwork, basic jumping and releases. The handles are unbreakable. I have four of these in different colors, both short and long handles. Highly recommend!
